Generally, infertility cannot be detected. If you want to check for infertility, you must go to a specialized reproductive center.
Pre marital examination items
1. Inquire about medical history
Understand whether both parties have a history of mental illness, infectious diseases, genetic diseases, urinary and reproductive system diseases, intellectual development disorders, etc. that affect marriage and childbirth, as well as whether the couple preparing to get married have close relatives and a family history of genetic diseases.
2. Physical examination
Routine internal medicine examinations include examinations of the five senses, heart, lungs, liver, spleen, bones, muscle tone, limb movements, etc., such as whether the heart and lung function is normal, whether there are nerve reflexes, and whether lymph nodes such as liver and spleen are enlarged.
3. Laboratory inspection
Including chest X-ray, routine blood and urine test, blood type, ALT and hepatitis B surface antigen, thalassemia screening, syphilis, gonorrhea and HIV screening. When necessary, relevant pathogen confirmation experiments will be conducted based on specific circumstances, such as semen examination, genetic diagnosis, chromosome karyotyping analysis, etc.
4. Genital examination
Check whether there are any lesions in the reproductive organs of both parties. Women should undergo abdominal and anal double examination to determine if the cervix and vagina are developing normally; Men should check whether their reproductive organs are developing normally, whether there is inflammation, varicose veins, etc.
