The state does not stipulate the validity period of the marriage leave, that is, it does not stipulate how long the marriage leave must be taken after the registration and receipt of the marriage certificate. However, the general company or unit will make corresponding provisions, some within three months after the registration of the marriage certificate, some within half a year, some within a year and so on.
