1. Choose a marriage registration location
You can only choose the civil affairs bureau where one of the parties is registered for marriage registration.
2. Register for appointment
If the civil affairs bureau for marriage registration has opened the online reservation function, you can enter the reservation registration page in advance before obtaining the certificate, select the civil affairs bureau where one of the parties is registered, and make an appointment for the appropriate registration time. If the local civil affairs bureau does not open an appointment service, you can go to the scene directly.
3. Go to register
If the reservation is successful, bring both parties' household registration book according to the reservation time (

After going to the Civil Affairs Bureau, you need to fill out a Declaration of Application for marriage Registration, confirm the information is correct, and sign it under the witness of the marriage registrar.
4. Staff review
The staff reviewed whether the documents carried by the couple were complete, whether there were any information errors in the forms filled in, and asked whether the couple had any marriage intentions, mental conditions, and blood relatives
