According to Article 5 of Chapter 2 of China's Marriage Registration Regulations, mainland residents who apply for marriage registration should carry their household registration book, ID card, signed statement that they have no spouse and no direct blood relatives or collateral blood relations with the other party within three generations. In addition, divorce needs to carry divorce certificates and other relevant certificates, and collective accounts need to carry permanent population registration cards or household registration certificates.

2. Marriage certificate requirements
