Both parties who intend to get married must register their marriage at the civil affairs bureau where one of them is registered. If it is not the domicile of either party, the marriage registration cannot be handled.
First, foreign marriage license conditions
1, according to the "Marriage Registration Regulations" Chapter II, Article 4 of the marriage of mainland residents, both men and women shall jointly go to the marriage registration office where the permanent residence of one party is located for marriage registration.
2, if the city where both parties live is the household registration of one of the two parties, then you can go to the local civil affairs department for marriage registration.
3, if the city where both men and women live all year round is not the domicile of both parties, then it is not possible to apply for a marriage certificate in actual life.
2. Marriage registration materials
1. Resident identity cards of both parties.
2, both sides of the household registration book (or collective household registration certificate).
3. Proof of current marital status.
(4) A signed statement that I have no spouse and no direct relatives or collateral relatives within three generations with the other party.
5, three two-inch recent half-length bareheaded pair photo (can also be taken at the scene of the Civil Affairs Bureau).
