Only when one of the two parties belongs to the local household registration in the other place, the marriage registration can be allowed in the other place. Under the conditions of meeting the prerequisites, both parties bring their respective ID cards, household registration books, three two-inch recent half-head photos, and signed statements that they have no spouse and non-close relatives to apply for a marriage certificate to the local Civil affairs bureau.
First, different places can apply for marriage certificate
According to the provisions of the fourth chapter of the second chapter of China's Marriage Registration Regulations: when mainland residents marry, both men and women shall jointly go to the marriage registration office where the permanent residence of one party is located for marriage registration. Therefore, marriage registration can only be handled by the civil affairs department of the man or woman's home place, and other places can not be handled.
In other words, if you want to apply for a marriage certificate in a different place, you must meet one of the parties that you belong to the local account in a different place before you can apply for marriage registration.
2. Apply for marriage certificate materials in different places
1. Resident ID cards of both parties. If the original ID card is lost, a valid temporary ID card can also be used.
2, both sides of the household registration book (collective household registration requires a household registration certificate).
3. Proof of current marital status.
(4) A signed statement that I have no spouse and no direct relatives or collateral relatives within three generations with the other party.
5, three two-inch recent half-length bareheaded pair photo (can also be taken at the scene of the Civil Affairs Bureau).
