You can't. The marriage certificate can only be registered at the residence of one of the parties.
1. Certificate handling methods
According to Article 4 of the Marriage Registration Regulations, "When mainland residents marry, both men and women shall jointly go to the marriage registration office where the permanent residence of one party is located for marriage registration."
That is to say, if the man is Hangzhou, the woman is Shanghai, then they in the marriage registration, to choose one of the city (Hangzhou or Shanghai) marriage registration office registration, this is OK.
However, if the man is from Hangzhou and the woman is from Shanghai, and they both live in Beijing, then the marriage certificate cannot be processed in Beijing.
2. Relevant materials for obtaining certificates
1. Identity cards and household registration books of both parties;
2. Proof of marital status (unmarried, divorced, widowed);
(3) The other party does not have a signed statement of direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives within three generations;
4. Three recent headless two-inch single color photos of myself.
