Once the marriage certificate photo is submitted and the marriage certificate is applied for, no other photos can be replaced. Unless the marriage certificate is lost or damaged, you can replace the photo of the marriage certificate and apply for a new marriage certificate.
The photo on the marriage certificate cannot be changed
The marriage certificate is a legal document issued by the marriage registration administration that can prove the effective establishment of the marriage relationship for both parties. Second, marriage certificate photo replacement conditions
According to China's "marriage registration Regulations" provisions: marriage certificate, divorce certificate lost or damaged, the parties can hold the household registration book, ID card to the original marriage registration organ or the marriage registration organ where a party's permanent residence is located to apply for replacement. If the marriage registration authority verifies the marriage registration files of the parties concerned and confirms them to be true, it shall reissue marriage certificates and divorce certificates for the parties concerned.
When reapplying for a marriage certificate, it is possible to replace the new marriage certificate photo.
