Measurement steps:
① Find the widest part of your hand.
② Wrap with a soft ruler, adjust the tightness of the ruler, and keep yourself in a comfortable range.
③ Mark with a neutral pen, take off the ruler to measure the specific length and record it.
④ Repeat the above process for multiple measurements and average values.
⑤ Divide the final specific value by 0.314 to get a value.
