Liquid cosmetics (toner, makeup remover, lotion, facial cleanser, sleeping mask, moisturizing gel, etc.), each of which has a labeled capacity of no more than 100mL - that is, only 50mL of toner in a 200mL bottle cannot be carried on the plane.
These cosmetics should be packed in a clear resealable plastic bag with a capacity of no more than 1000mL.

Mascara, hair spray, nail polish, hair gel, lip gloss, shampoo, perfume, deodorant gel, hand cream, toothpaste, hand sanitizer, mouthwash all fall under the category of liquid, liquid items include all liquids, paste, paste, gel and spray items.
Solid cosmetics (lipstick, powder, antiperspirant sticks, etc.) are not covered by this restriction.
