Cops are not allowed to wear rings after they get married. According to Article 7 of the Regulations on the DRESS Management of the People's Police of Public Security Organs, the police are not allowed to tie scarves, dye their nails, dye their hair, or wear jewelry when wearing clothes. That's why police officers can't wear rings on the job after marriage.
