You don't need a single certificate for marriage registration. Since August 2015, China has abolished the legal provisions that marriage registration requires proof of marital status, and you only need to bring your own personal documents or relevant materials for marriage registration, such as my household register, ID card and so on.

(1) Both men and women preparing for marriage registration shall apply to the marriage registration organ of the Civil affairs bureau (or town people's government) of the district or county-level city where a party has a permanent residence together with the required documents.
3, both parties must in person in front of the marriage registrar in the application for marriage registration Declaration "Declarant" column of signature or fingerprint.
(4) The marriage registration authority shall review the documents and statements submitted by both parties and shall grant registration if the conditions for marriage registration are met.
