For a longer marriage time (more than ten years), the reissuing of marriage certificates requires the reissuing person to first go to the archives where the household registration is located, pull out the proof of the marriage relationship between the two people and print it out, and submit it to the original marriage registration office together with the household registration book, the identity cards of the two sides, and three two-inch recent bareheaded photos.
