The first method: Both parties can take both sides of the household registration, identity cards, to the original marriage registration authority or to one of the permanent residence of the civil affairs department to apply for a marriage certificate, and then take the reissued marriage certificate for divorce.
The second method: both parties do not need to reapply for a marriage certificate, only need to hold valid documents of both parties to the original marriage registration authority to issue a marriage relationship certificate, and affix the seal of the marriage registration authority, and use the marriage relationship certificate to handle divorce procedures.
