After the divorce of both parties, the original marriage certificate will not be revoked. Procedure for handling divorce

7. The marriage registrar reviews the documents, divorce registration declaration, and divorce agreement submitted by the parties, and if they meet the conditions for divorce, fills out the "Divorce Registration Review Processing Form" and divorce certificate;

8. Issue a divorce certificate.
