1. Sending object

When sending electronic invitations, newlyweds should pay attention to the relationship between the guests and themselves. If they only know each other and have no relationship, there is no need to distribute them, otherwise it may cause awkward situations for both parties. However, if the other party has invited them during the wedding, they need to send an invitation to them.

2. Invitation preparation

It is best for elders or superiors to choose a paper version of the invitation and personally send it to show sincerity and respect. Other friends can use electronic invitations to distribute them.  

3. Timely confirmation

After sending the invitation, pay attention to the guests' replies. If there is no response for a long time, you can call the guests to confirm whether they have received it and whether they can come on time, so as to arrange the wedding banquet on that day.

4. Treat everyone equally

Invitations should not be divided into three, six, or nine categories, as guests may find them unpleasant in private. They should be generous, sincere, and treat everyone equally.
