Please note the precautions for marriage
1. If both the man and the woman are not working in the same place at the time of marriage, additional travel leave may be granted depending on the distance traveled.
2. Getting married during the family visit holiday will not be granted any additional leave.
3. Marriage leave includes public holidays and statutory holidays, and cannot be compensated for on weekends.
4. Remarriage can also enjoy statutory marriage leave, but cannot enjoy late marriage leave.
5. Marriage leave must be taken in one go and cannot be used separately.
6. During the period of marriage and funeral leave, the employer shall pay wages in accordance with the law.
