The Marriage Registration Regulations of our country do not require the social status of married individuals. As long as both parties meet the legally prescribed marriage age and marriage conditions, marriage registration can be processed. So as long as graduate students meet the conditions for marriage, they can get married.
Marriage registration conditions
1. Both parties shall jointly go to the civil affairs bureau where one party's registered residence is located to register the marriage.
2. Men must be at least 22 years old, and women must be at least 20 years old.
3. Non consanguineous marriage.
4. There is no legal prohibition on marriage or illness.
5. Both parties are currently unmarried, divorced, or widowed.
6. Both parties voluntarily marry.
7. Bring the household registration books and ID cards of both parties, a signed statement stating that the individual has no spouse and has no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party, and three recent 2-inch half body bareheaded photos of both parties (which can be taken on-site) to the Civil Affairs Bureau for processing.
