Siblings who are not related by blood belong to the category of simulated blood kinship. Marriage based on simulated blood kinship does not belong to consanguineous marriage, but is allowed by the state. Moreover, marriage based on simulated blood kinship will not have any adverse effects on future generations.
Conditions for Marriage Registration
1. Men must be at least 22 years old, and women must be at least 20 years old.
2. Non consanguineous marriage.
3. There is no legal prohibition on marriage or illness.
4. Both parties are currently unmarried, divorced, or widowed.
5. Both parties voluntarily marry.
