As long as the materials are complete, it can be processed on the same day. The process of obtaining a marriage certificate is not complicated. As long as both parties present, reach the legal age (22 years old for men and 20 years old for women), are single and without a spouse, and bring their ID card, household registration book, and 3 2-inch color passport photos, they can receive the marriage certificate on the same day. If the material review fails, the staff will inform the new personnel on the spot of the reason for the failure.
To obtain a marriage certificate, you need to bring:
1. One copy of my permanent household registration book, one copy of my resident ID card, one copy of the front and back of my ID card, one copy of the household registration book, and one copy of my personal page.
2. I hereby declare that I have no spouse and no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party. (Fill in on the spot)
3. The parties shall submit three 2-inch recent half body color photos without a crown (which can be taken by themselves or at the marriage registration office).
