After changing the name, both parties need to bring their household registration books, ID cards, marriage certificates, marriage registration documents, three recent two inch half body bareheaded photos, and a certificate of name change issued by the public security department to the civil affairs bureau where the marriage registration was originally handled or the civil affairs bureau where one party's current household registration is located to apply for a replacement of the marriage certificate.
