License process
1. Choose the place of marriage registration
Only one of the parties can choose the civil affairs bureau where the registered residence is located to register the marriage.
2. Register Appointment
If the civil affairs bureau handling marriage registration has opened the online appointment function, it is possible to make an online appointment in advance before obtaining the certificate. If the local civil affairs bureau has not opened appointment services, you can directly handle it on-site.
3. Go to register

4. Staff review
The staff reviews whether the documents carried by the newlyweds are complete, whether there are any errors in the information filled out in the form, and asks whether there are any situations where the newlyweds are not suitable for marriage in terms of marriage intention, mental state, and blood relationship status.
5. Provide registration results
After passing the review, the registration procedures will be quickly completed and the marriage certificate will be issued. If it is found after examination that there are circumstances that are not suitable for marriage, the staff will explain to the newlyweds and they will choose a new date to handle it again.
