Therefore, only the ID card cannot be used to obtain a marriage certificate. Materials required for marriage registration
1. Both parties' household registration books.
2. Both parties' ID cards.
3. I hereby declare that I have no spouse and no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party.
4. Three recent two inch half length bareheaded couple photos (can be taken at the Civil Affairs Bureau).
5. Proof of the current marital status of the parties involved.
