Without a marriage certificate, there is no household registration process
1. Go to the hospital to obtain the child's birth certificate. Those without a birth certificate need to undergo paternity testing.
2. A child's household registration can be placed on either parent's household registration. If it falls on the mother's household registration, it is necessary to take the mother's household registration book, description of illegitimate birth and the child's birth certificate to the public security department of the place where the mother's registered residence is located.
