1. Apply hand cream
You can apply hand cream on your wrist to moisturize the skin tissue and reduce resistance, making the skin smoother and allowing you to easily remove the jade bracelet.
2. Put a plastic bag or disposable gloves on your hands
You can first put a disposable glove on your hand to increase its smoothness. Then place your elbow on a soft surface and gently slide the jade bracelet down from your hand. This way, the skin on the hands will not be pulled and the jade bracelet can be easily removed.
3. Smooth your wrist with soapy water
Wet your hands and wrists with water, then apply soapy water to the wrist, apply more to achieve lubrication, and slowly remove the jade bracelet. If it's not a particularly tight jade bracelet, it can be easily removed.
4. Tying rope method
Place your thumb in the palm of your hand and wrap it around your wrist with a rope until it reaches the area where the jade bracelet is located. Thread one end of the rope through the bottom of the jade bracelet, then hold one end of the rope and unwind it in the opposite direction of the winding. This way, when the rope is untied, it will push the jade bracelet outwards bit by bit. Generally, the jade bracelet will slowly be removed as the rope is untied.
