Diamond J color refers to a diamond with a color close to colorless, which is a relatively good diamond grade. The color grade of diamonds can be roughly divided into five grades from D to Z, among which D, E, and F are the highest grades (COLOR LESS), colorless, and D is the best, followed by E and F. Next are G, H, I, and J, which are second best (NEAR COLOR) and close to colorless.
Diamond color grade
Grade D: Completely colorless. Diamond color is of the highest grade, perfectly colorless, and relatively rare.
Grade E: Colorless. The trace colors in diamonds can only be detected by gemstone experts and are relatively rare.
F grade: colorless. A small amount of color can only be detected by jewelry appraisal experts and is still considered colorless, high-quality diamonds.
G~H grade: Almost colorless. Compared to higher grade diamonds, it has a slight yellow color and still holds high value.
I~J grade: Almost colorless. Slight colors can be detected, with high value.
K~M grade: The color is visible to the naked eye, the color is dark, the diamond is dull and not shiny, the color grade is low, the visual effect is poor, and it is not recommended to purchase.
N-R grade: The faint color that untrained individuals can see with the naked eye in larger diamonds.
S-Z grade: Colors that can be seen in diamonds of various sizes, and diamonds have darker colors.
