Documents required for marriage and household registration transfer
1. Personal application form for the female party to transfer household registration.
2. Registered residence certificate (registered residence certificate of the police station where the woman's household registration is located, 5 yuan, 2 copies are better prepared, and birth certificate will be used).
3. Village Committee Acceptance Certificate (Note: Two copies are required, one is the acceptance certificate issued by the male party's village committee or street office, and the other is the household registration change certificate issued by the male party's village committee. The household registration change certificate issued by the male party's village committee is processed after the issuance of the relocation permit and needs to be processed in two steps. Currently, only the first copy is required).
4. Original and photocopy of marriage certificate.
5. Certificate of inclusion in management for women of childbearing age (issued by the street office or town family planning office in the area where the male partner is located).
Procedures for Marriage and Household Registration Transfer
1. First, go to the place of relocation to collect and fill out the 'Household Registration Application Form';
2. The party concerned needs to apply for a registered residence registration certificate at the place of moving out, and should first modify the marital status information of the household registration to be married before handling other matters;
3. After the parties have prepared the necessary documents for applying for household registration transfer, they can go to the place of relocation to apply for the relocation permit;
4. The party concerned needs to return the migration permit to the registered residence, and then the registered residence will issue the migration permit;
5. After returning the household registration transfer certificate to the place of entry, the household registration procedures, as well as the new person's household registration book and ID card, can be processed.
