1. Inquire about medical history

2. Physical examination
Check whether the functions of the female limbs, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, reproductive organs, etc. are normal. When checking the female reproductive organs, a double examination of the anal and abdominal walls should be performed. If a vaginal examination is required, the consent of the individual or their family members must be obtained before proceeding.
3. Routine auxiliary examination
Including chest X-ray, blood routine test, urine routine test, syphilis screening, blood transaminase, hepatitis B, vaginal trichomonas, etc., mainly to screen for infectious diseases.
4. Other special inspections
Special examination refers to laboratory examination, which requires laboratory analysis, such as gonorrhea, AIDS, chromosome examination, etc.
