The groom and bride's worship ceremony consists of four steps: worship, offering tea, drinking toast, and throwing wedding candies.
Worship Hall
After the groom marries the bride, both parties will then "worship heaven and earth" together. In ancient times, the worship hall was located in the main hall, and a table for offering would be placed first. After the newlyweds are in place, they need to kowtow to the tablet on the altar, then kowtow to their parents, and finally both parties bow to each other. This is what we often call a hall of worship.

After the newlyweds kneel down to their parents, the emcee will shout tea and ask them to offer tea to their parents and change their words.
Drink toast
After the above two processes are completed, the newlyweds should meet head to head, hold hands, and serve each other a toast. The two of them should cross their hands and drink together.
Throwing candy
After all the wedding worship ceremonies, the bride and groom hold wedding candies and sprinkle them on their relatives and friends, symbolizing the sweetness of the wedding.
